Terms and Conditions

1. EVPP Inc. reserves the right to accept or reject any order, regardless of how the order is made.

2. PUBLISHED PRICES: Subject to change without notice. Prices will be confirmed when order is processed. You will be notified, via e-mail, of any price changes before order is shipped out.

3. RESTRICTIONS: By placing your order, you warrant to us that you are in compliance with local, state and federal laws concerning usage of purchased item(s). All orders delivered to Missouri are subject to Missouri State Sales Tax unless exemption is verified.

4. MINIMUM ORDER: Minimum orders will be no less than $15.00 PLUS Shipping

5. SHIPPING: All orders shipped via U.P.S. unless requested otherwise or if merchandise is oversized. All merchandise is shipped in good condition. PLEASE REPORT ANY DAMAGE TO THE CARRIER. DO NOT return damaged merchandise unless requested. ANY DAMAGE OR SHORTAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT.

6. RETURNS: NO MERCHANDISE MAY BE RETURNED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION! Your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn't right, please call for a return authorization to refund or replace your incorrect item. Returned goods MUST be in original, resellable condition. Returns must be properly packaged and returned pre-paid or they will be refused. Any damaged packaging will be subject to a $5.00 per item repackaging charge. RETURNED GOODS MAY BE SUBJECT TO 25% RESTOCKING CHARGE. NO RETURNS MAY BE MADE AFTER 30 DAYS. NO exceptions.

7. WARRANTY: All products sold by EVPP Inc. are warranted exclusively by the manufacturer of those products. Their warranty constitutes all warranties. The seller disclaims all further warranties, either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The seller neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it, any liability in connection with the sale of any merchandise. In addition, some products are sold for off road use only and may not be legal for use on public highways. EVPP Inc. assumes no responsibility for their use other than which is specified.
